CHRISTMAS is a journey that starts from the brown manger and continues on to the purple majesty of the King of kings. It is a path of meaningful colors! Join in the old time Christmas stories of the Shepherds, Magi, Simeon and Anna, Joseph, and Mary, and you will see the streak of Christmas colors. Their first hand experiences of the very first Christmas will encourage us to celebrate the Season, and live our Christian life, with a fresh point of view. Brown is the color of His birth, but do not stop there because Christmas is more than just the birth. Continue on to His childhood that was silvery obedient and golden meek. Most of His years turned green and red as He was growing in stature and wisdom. Then He taught and ministered with white of the purity and blue of the divine revelation. Finally, He took on the purple when He died, rose from the dead, and ascended to heaven. With the same majestic theme, He will come again as King of kings. Those who persevere will be with Him in eternity. Cherish the colors of Christmas in the light of eternity.
