As with many traditions within Christianity, Catholicism contains much that seems 'different', perhaps even causes for alarm for her Protestant brothers and sisters. For those caught up more in the trappings of 'religion' rather than the One True Faith, the author (Ron Rhodes, who also wrote the companion volume Reasoning from the Scriptures with Catholics) offers heartfelt and loving but still confrontational statements ranging from sola scriptura to a sincere confession of true faith.
