Dating does not come natural to guys; it's a system obviously thought up by someone who isn't a guy, and is probably a girl, too. Guys come into it scratching their heads and quickly leave screaming, only to come back because they don't know what else to do with themselves. Then they fumble around until they discover that there are rules, and then, after they cobble together enough of the rules to make something work, they discover a new rule. If there were only a place where all the rules were written down so guys could read them before they wandered into the arena, everything would be quick and easy, right?
Well, it might be quicker and easier (and a whole lot less messier), but it's still going to take a little work. Luckily, reading this book isn't work at all. Stephen Simpson writes with wit, humor and wisdom as he provides a gazetteer to the landscape of relationships and simplifies without dumbing down. A couple dozen sidebars are also included for the ladies, encouraging both genders to work together to make this sometimes crazy system work for everyone concerned.
