Oscar Otter and Henry & Mudge in Puddle Trouble is the pre-reader story of an otter who gets tired of animals getting in his way when he plays--so he decides to build his own slide. He ignores some important advice from his father and when he decides to explore, he gets lost and attracts the attention of a fox, a wolf, a mountain lion, and even a curious moose. Thankfully, he finds his slide in time to escape narrowly from the other animals sliding afterhim.
