The setting is an in-line hockey rink filled with kids from a local church in a city called Orangeville. The kids have been taken on a field trip to illustrate the Apostle Paul's words in Philippians about pressing on toward the goal regardless of seemingly impossible circumstances. Like Paul, your kids will learn that even when you are 'one man down' in life and there's a 'power play' against you, just keep your eyes on Christ because He is the only goal that matters. He alone will be the POWER play in your life to reveal timely answers and relevant solutions. Created by Dave Clark, Bria Slaughter and Tami Pate, Power Play is a dramatic 35-minute musical, which allows you to keep your production simple or make it as elaborate as you wish. Either way, it is our hope that your children's choir will learn to always press toward the goal--to be like Jesus.
