In The Berenstain Bears Why Do Good Bears Have Bad Days, Sister and Brother Bear decide to bike to their favorite fishing spot in all of Bear Country. After a hopeful start, things go very wrong. Brother falls into the pond, Sister's fishing rod breaks, and the cubs get caught in the rain on the way home. Why did this bad stuff happen to them? It's not fair! Mama and Papa share that in every cub's life, good is mixed with not-so-good and sometimes staying positive is hard to do. But soon the family concludes that God has a plan for every cub and faith in His plan allows us to trust that good will outweigh any of the bad.
