The Heart Soul Mind Strength study is designed to be studied weekly in 45-minute sessions for 13 weeks. The leader's guide is full of suggestions for leading each session. The sections are divided into Getting started introductory material, Reflecting on Life questions to stimulate thinking, Opening the Word Bible study, and Wrapping Up opportunities for participants to apply the truths discovered to their own lives.
