Let It Shine bulletin features part of the gospel hymn 'This Little Light Of Mine.' This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine, let it shine, let it shine. The bottom includes the Scripture verse that inspired the song: Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father, which is in heaven. Matthew 5:16 (KJV) The bulletin is shown folded (8.5' x 5.5'), exactly as church members and visitors will receive it. Worship bulletins arrive packaged flat 8.5' x 11' to fit into your printer or copier; shrink wrapped in packages of 100. The back is blank to print your own information.

Bulletin Categories: General / Music / Children

This hymn was written in 1920 by composer and teacher Harry Dixon Loes (1895 - 1965). Loes studied at the Moody Bible Institute and the American Conservatory of Music and wrote many other gospel songs. The song became part of the Civil Rights movement in the U.S. when Fannie Lou Hammer added it to her repertoire along with Go Tell It On The Mountain and We Shall Overcome.
