When George bites into a plastic apple that he thought was real, he hurts his tooth! George and the Man with the yellow hat have to take a trip to the dentist for the first time and George is afraid that it will hurt. But once they arrive and George sees all of the little children scared for their visits, he is determined to cheer them up and make them laugh---and despite the big mess he makes, he manages to be a big helper for the dentist!
