Danny and his mom move from New York City to Hawaii to keep Danny away from trouble and city gangs. Danny is determined to run away back to New York and he knows exactly what ship he will stow away on. But then in the morning of December 6, 1941 arrives and the Japanese begin bombing Pearl Harbor.
