The school holidays are over and Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy are on their way back to their boarding schools when suddenly they seem to be pulled from the train platform! They find themselves in a thick wood wondering where they are. Slowly they realize they are in Narnia, but it is a very Narnia than they remember. They embark on a quest to help restore their beloved world and help a prince regain his rightful throne.
