Curious George is helping his friend Bill with his paper route. . . only one more day and Bill wins an award for always delivering his papers on time! But on that last day, George and Bill discover that it snowed overnight---and bicycles don't work very well in the snow. It's up to these two to get a little inventive, and accept a little help from their neighbors, in order to get the job done. Encourages children to learn and become curious about wind power.
