Nate Saint (1923-191956) was a pilot and missionary who was killed on his last mission to Auca, Ecuador as he tried to bring the truth of God's Word to the elusive Auca tribe. On January 8, 1956 he and the other missionaries on his plane were martyred when the Auca tribesmen attacked them with spears. But this didn't stop the work of evangelism, many heard this story and became missionaries, or came to accept Christ.
