In Blue Ribbon Summer, Brooke is off to Camp Pocomoke for two weeks with her pony Foxy. But trying to make friends proves to be difficult, since all the girls have been going to camp together for years. Despite her loneliness, Brooke and Foxy begin to really love Camp Pokomoke---and then Brooke discovers that the camp is going to be sold to a big time real estate developer and that no one will ever be able to ride again!
