Guerillas are fighting the Columbian government, making demands that their men held in prison be released. And Uncle Pete is drawn into the situation as soon as the Parkers arrive in Columbia since the men were captured attempting to plant a bomb at a Triton Oil facility. Justin and Jenny Parker's friend Estrella says she has some information she must give to Uncle Pete, but when she meets him and the twins, guerillas throw a hand grenade and kidnap Uncle Pete. Now Justin, Jenny, and Estrella try to find Uncle Pete, hoping they have enough time before a nearby volcano erupts. Recommended for ages 8 to 12.
