A valuable reference resource for students of biblical Hebrew, the INDEX TO B-D-B lists in consonantal form every Hebrew word in the B-D-B, gives its general English meaning, and notes the location of the entry in B-D-B. It is arranged from Genesis to the end of the Hebrew Bible, verse by verse. The greatest difficulty in using B-D-B (because of its listing by root) is simply that of finding the lexical treatment of a given word of the Hebrew text. This index will enable the user to find readily both the root and the appropriate contextual nuances of the word he is studying. It should be stressed that this index is in no way intended to replace B-D-B, rather its aim is to simplify the lexicon's use. This index does not link with Strong's Numbering. 456 Pages.
