Fred is just an ordinary guy who found a treasure map in one of his bouys. He sold all that he had to get what he needed, then went off on an adventure--an adventure indeed. For halfway there, stormy winds blew; poor Fred lost all he had and had to start anew. On a makeshift boat to the right island he got. He wanted to dig, but alas, he could not. The land was owned by a short little man, who exchanged it for Fred's boat and a shake of the hand. Fred dug and dug until he heard a clank, and then down upon his knees he sank. Fred opened up the chest of old and blinked his eyes to see real gold. Now Fred is wealthy beyond all measure--just because he sought his treasure.
