While struggling with some earthly cares,
I felt the Master's hand.
I heard him sigh and softly say,
'My child, I understand.'He pointed toward a mountain high
Where strong winds often blow.
It looked too vast for me to scale,
I cried, 'I cannot go.'
But as I sadly turned away,
Again He spoke to me.
'Remember I once climbed for you
A mount called Calvary.'
So do not question where I lead;
Go forward, never stop.
And then He took me in His arms,
And we were at the top.
