The Sit and Be Fit Arthritis workout is a combination of medically sound exercises, creatively choreographed to a variety of music by Mary Ann Wilson, RN, Creator/Host of the PBS television program Sit and Be Fit. These workouts are slow moving, gentle, and include arthritis exercises that are ideal for anyone managing arthritis pain. Tips for exercising with arthritis are presented by Dr. John Klippel from the Arthritis Foundation. Some of the arthritis exerciese use a one-inch and ten-inch ball. Approx. 65 minutes.
