Wiggle & Wonder activates young children's interests and ability to learn scriptural truths. Finger play kinetic learning focuses attention, creates memorable patterns, involves repetition, and helps children process information. These activities will help children learn and remember Bible stories.
Teachers can use Part 1 finger plays and litanies year-round as it includes segments for transition times, snack time, prayers, and the church calendar year. Part 2 selects common Bible stories organized from Genesis to Revelation and is helpful for Sunday School or any Christian educational work with younger children. The material is primarily geared toward preschool aged children; however, a few are of longer length (one page) and could be used with early elementary children, particularly if they are chosen as part of a special program performance.
