Resting is more than just observing the Sabbath and refraining from work. It involves communing with God in a way that satisfies and refreshes us spiritually. This study traces this theme through Scripture and explores four main topics: why we need to rest; why we can't rest; how rest is restored; and how we can rest in faith.
