Carrie can hardly believe it, she is being adopted by a loving family and she has a horse of her own---Bandit, who was rescued from an abusive owner. But things don't go exactly as Carrie planned and she finds Bandit a lot harder to manage than she thought. The adoption process isn't as smooth as she thought, either, and Carrie begins to wonder if it will go through. In the end when a bad decision jeopardizes everything, Carrie learns what it means to be forgiven and truly loved.
