Madison has inherited the McDowell Family Christmas Tree Farm. Unfortunately, a wildfire left nothing but ash on a large part of the property, and her sister Addie wants to sell. Meanwhile, her high-school crush and neighbor Gavin wants to build a dirt bike track on his land. Can Madison give the farm---and love---a second chance?
