Lisa Druxman knows one of the dilemmas all new moms face: how do I get back into shape after giving birth? I don't have time to go to the gym, and even when I do, I'm too tired. After Lisa gave birth to her first baby, she knew she couldn't go back to her old fitness routine. INstead, she developed a program of exercises she could do with her baby, using power walks, the stroller, exercise tubing and the outdoors to get her back into shape.
