The result of many years of research, PECULIAR, UNCERTAIN, AND TWO EGG is a collection of more than three thousand odd town names and their origins. For instance, there is a small town called Two Egg in the panhandle of Florida. It seems that this spot received it's name from the time a store opened there and the first customer walked in and asked for 'two eggs'. The list goes on including stories of such intriguing places as Baby Head, Coupon, Enough, Gnaw, Bone, Goose Egg, Total Wreck, and Welfare.
