Hand-carved hardwood Florentine Bible Stand features a hand sculpted IHS design in the center. The dark walnut stain over maple hardwood elegantly displays a symmetrical design on the forward-faced rest as well as the larger section of the stand. A Bible or missal easily rests on the 15 inch long x 1.25 inch ledge. When open, the entire stand measures over 14 inches deep. The stand also collapses for easy storage. Slight variations will occur in each piece due to wood grain and free-hand carving.
