This exposition was written in the prison cell when, as a civil not a criminal prisoner, Ian Paisley refused to be muzzled by the authorities in his campaign against the great apostasy of our day. It seeks simply and faithfully to expound what has been rightly called the foundational epistle of the New Testament.
