An incomplete commentary by an 'unknown' author, yet these pages were recognized by Charles Hodge to be of inestimable value. Dr. Ramsey (1814-71) graduated from Princeton Seminary and gave his life to pastoral ministry and missionary work among the Choctow Indians. He worked on these pages throughout his life, but was never an author per se. The primary characteristic of these lectures is their spirituality.
