Exercises are provided for students to practice each rule. There is also a section of mixed practice to work with all of the different rules combined. It is up to the adult to determine which pages are appropriate for his/her student. Assessments are also provided to help evaluate your students progress. A Quick Check follows each section of the book. The Quick Check evaluates only the concepts covered in that section. However, the Unit Assessment at the end of the book covers all the concepts covered throughout the book. This assessment is provided in a Standarized Test format to allow students to practice their knowledge as well as their test-taking skills. An answer key has also been provided (pages 46-48).
