A routine assignment for rookie Deputy U.S. Marshal Casey Sloane turns into the hunt of a lifetime. Casey and two other marshals are tasked with transporting a reporter to Washington D.C. Valerie is to testify before the grand jury concerning an environmentalist who might have connections to a terrorist. When a man from Casey’s past returns, the complications begin. Soon it becomes frighteningly clear that Valerie’s testimony is far more important than anyone realized and they are all in grave danger.
