Focusing on Moses, Rabbi Francis Barry Silberg explains the plagues sent by God: frogs, flies, gnats, hail, fire, and locusts. After each, Pharaoh promises Moses that he will let the Hebrew slaves leave Egypt, but in each case Pharaoh has lied.
Finally, Silberg explains the procedure that the Lord instructs the Hebrews to do so that the angel of death will pass over the Hebrew houses. And with this plague, Pharaoh allows the Hebrews to leave Egypt.
